Hello all! I’m glad you’ve stumbled across my page. My hope is that if you’re on any type of food allergy journey, but especially if you’re staring down the FPIES rabbit hole, it can give you a smile, a tip that works for you, or just a little solidarity. Or, if you just know my family, that it can give you a glimpse into our lives these days, since our social skills have become… sub-par.
I’m Mary, mama to Lincoln (born March 2018) and Miles (born April 2019), dog mama to Jackie O. Wife to Chris and proud residents of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I’m a former fourth grade and preschool teacher, and I’m currently staying home full time with two young kiddos. My baby Lincoln was diagnosed with FPIES in October 2018 and we’re on a quest to figure it out, and get through it as safely, successfully, and QUICKLY as we possibly can. Miles has had digestive issues since birth, so while we’re waiting to start solid foods for an official diagnosis, we’re pretty confident we’re 2 for 2 with FPIES.
I hope, whether or not you’re familiar with FPIES, you enjoy reading about our lives. Please drop a comment or a question if you have them, so I know you’ve stopped by! All the best, from my hot mess family to yours. XOXO.
